This program found a lot of hidden in PST file. Many pieces of data and requires additional analysis.

About half of the file was recovered. Also good, of course, but I was counting on a complete recovery.

Scenario: large Excel file not saved elsewhere and costing hours of work. The file becomes damaged for unknown reasons. After trying a few manual systems to no avail, I tried RecoveryToolbox and since the data seemed to be read correctly, after 10 minutes I purchased it. Great software that worked very well in my case.

This is long story... here is short story. Windows 11 (22HC) issue that kept crashing. 95% then 'Something went wrong and we are resetting it back' message.
This got up to Level 2 Tech on third day, who then forced a Re-Install Windows 11 to (23HC) since would not get past the 22HC update 'pending'/crashing. Once he forced the downloaded and got it started on to my computer, I finished the re-install. (About an hour and half) When he called back, it was done. Asked him to help me with OUTLOOK 365 Corrupted Profile issue.

After he was done, setting up a new profile and all the heath check verifies everything seemed fine. However the next day, my contacts file was empty.
OUTLOOK 365 would not allow me to use any of several backup .pst files. Thought password was causing the problem.

I was able to get them up a few minutes ago by switching back and forth to original and new profiles. I hope the corrupted profile issues are still good now. (to be determined)

Because the source file only changed the opening method so that a certain part of the file was updated, after changing to the correct application again, the file showed "File truncated". I think the source file has not changed much, but because the source file itself is relatively large (1.4G), the recovery process is too long, so you can try to optimize it.

I need to convert a large .ost file to a .pst file to set up a new laptop. Recovery Toolbox worked very well and relatively quickly.

The zip file was damaged and I don'k know why. It has been already recovered, but the problem was that, after testing it with your demo, I bought the license and after register the software with your license, it was required to reboot the software, so I had to start again the recovery.
As a computer's technical and adivsor, I'm user of a lot of software for several works and always use a demo before purchasing the license (if it looks that works, of course), and from the demos version, after registering the license, it is not required to reboot the software, so I can continue with the data recovery (or whatever it needed) without loosing the time invested in checking the software. In your case, I had to start again the recovery, so it means that I loost a lot of time because of the need of restart your software after registering the purchased license.
So I guess that it would be interesting change this behaviour of your software after buying the license in demo cases. Best regards, Jordi

My Outlook PST files (30+GB) were still accessible but running off a hard-drive that had started to fail with bad sectors. I was unable to clone the drive or copy the PST files to a new location. Recovery toolbox was able to rebuild my data files as a new data file on a replacement drive location and continue to use my mail file after the recovery process. Tried many other recommended solutions but none were able to help with the recovery apart from the recovery toolbox for outlook.

the file I was trying to repair, had nothing wrong. Simply I wrongly backed-up my old e-mail history in a .ost file instead of a .pst file, and I needed to check some of the e-mails contained in that file.
Your program worked fantastic, and I successfully converted the .ost into .pst having back my old e-mails.

we faced a database crash because of an electricity failure and this tool was very grate

Two Windows workstations were logged in to a small but critical Access database, one using Office 2007 and the other Office 365 local. There was a power outage and UPSs died before PCs could be logged out properly. After power was restored none of the tools provided by Microsoft could recover the corrupted accdb file. Thankfully RT got everything back, and UPSs all have nice fresh batteries now.

My PST got corrupted as it grew too large. Windows Explorer showed a size og 76gb, the recovered files is 50GB. I will still have to verifiy if everything has been recovered.

I have a crashed hosting platform and try to recover 5 WordPress websites. I was able to download all the data.
4 WordPress databases are recovered, the software works great.

I had my database encrypted by RamsomWare.
Using the recoverytoolbox application I was able to access the table structure, but the most important tables are corrupt.

Some tables were complete.

When changing my ISP to gmail I created a new ost file leaving an orphaned ost with past information which i wanted. Recovery Tollbox allowed me to convert and then retrive this

The OST files were not damaged. My client was given a system where the M465 mailbox was locked and the only access to old emails was from a local OST file on one system. Outlook was reporting that it could not connect to the exchange server, but the 11 GB OSt file was still there. Using Recovery Toolbox, we were able to create a PST file and access all old messages.

This was the only utility that quickly solved the problem of converting OST file to Outlook PST file.

My Outlook.pst became corrupted. Why? I have no freaking idea! This has happened several times and the hassle to get it back was time consuming and worrisome because I thought I lost all my contacts and calendar. In using Recovery Toolbox for Outlook, I have all my mail files on my C drive but I have my Outlook.pst file on my Google drive. I think that was the problem. So what I did was use Recovery Toolbox to fix my Outlook.pst file, move it to the subdirectory where the mail files are and it worked. I am so grateful and the price is excellent!!!

I had a strange issue and a different repair utility said that I had 4 records with an invalid delete flag. I could see the four records, but they were blank in every field. I recreated the 4 records but then the application thought they were now duplicates. Packing and copying to an empty table did not help. Your utility solved the invalid delete flag, but all 4 records were gone so I recreated the 4 records again. Now everything seems to be fine.

In the West, nothing new, nothing to do, even Microsoft is incapable; someone had put me before September 7 and it was seen immediately, 16 viruses erased by the free Microsoft scanner, but the PST file damaged, we can't find which one and I read my mail on my email , stella is not better, even worse. Finally your presentation of all the pst is good, but which one is bad? , mystery....

I accidentally erased 3 months of Inbox email by clicking on the "Empty Folder" button. As part of my PC management, I backup my C Drive incrementally every night and that includes the OST and PST Outlook files. The backup copy of the PST file was missing 3 months of emails while the OST still had them but inaccessible. So, your program converted the OST to a new PST and I could recover the lost emails. The source files was changed because of a Ransomware attack

My Outlook .OST file "lost" 99% of my Inbox, although subfolders were fine.
There was a "restore point' created just before the issue so I think O365 made a mess of an upgrade. Outlook could "open" the (much larger) restored file but promptly deleted the same files :( Recovery Toolbox was able to convert the back-up of the OST file to a .PST file which I could attach and extract the missing emails :)

The user said that Outlook 2019 hung and then crashed and then wouldn't open. We found that we had to detach his PST file from Outlook.

The PST is 6GB in size.

We ran SCANPST against it but it wouldn't repair.

We used your tool and it repaired the PST to where we could attach it to Outlook again.

Highly recommended software, recover lost outlook pst file password very quickly and 100% recover.

My hosted Exchange mailbox got corrupted by moving too many mails too fast in the local Outlook. Toolbox was able to restore the missing items from the daily backup ost.
Some manual work needed to move the recovered items from the new substructure to the original (in my case less than 100 at the time, then wait for the folder to synchronize)

Simple to use and effective

No file was damaged but without your toolbox it was not possible to convert the (huge) ost file into a pst file.

Because of foldernames and mail locations in my client (Outlook 2016) became corrupted I decided to freshly install Outlook. As I locally had only the .ost files I decided to purchase your tool; so I could convert these to .pst files that can be imported in Outlook. Your tool makes doing so just a breeze. Thank you.

I switched ISPs and during that process ended up with an .ost file that I could not import into Outlook. The ost file contained hundreds of emails that I needed for work.
Using the Recovery Toolbox software, I was able to convert the ost to pst and then load into Outlook.

Excelente programa recupere información de 42 GB de un archivo pst de Outlook, lo único malo tal vez que los programas de antivirus lo reconocen como un ataque y tuve que desistalar el programa una vez que rescate la información ya que se crea una incertidumbre por el software, pero de ahí en más es un excelente programa

With outlook was imposible to convert my ost file to pst, but with this program can recovery my files but the problem my files are not in the same structure

Not sure how the source .pst was damaged.
I save my .pst files on a portable hard drive so I can use on different computers.

I use office 365 and have a very low regard for MS outlook. It could have been anything that caused it.
Outlook seems to hang from time to time when I am using it and it might have become corrupted during that.
