All Outlook Express messages and folders stored in one folder, called the Store Folder. You can find out the location of Store Folder in the main menu of Outlook Express: select Tools | Options … item on the Maintenance tab, you should press the Store Folder button. The location of Outlook Express data files is different for each user registered on one computer. If you do not know the location of dbx files, you can search for them using the search feature in Windows Explorer.
N.B.: The Outlook Express folder to which you will be moving the messages must function normally, i.e. if the folder is damaged you must do the following at first:
The saved messages can be moved/copied to Outlook Express one by or at once. To move/copy one message, double-click to open it and select the menu item either File | Move to Folder... or File | Copy to Folder... respectively. To move a few messages to Outlook Express at once you should:

The file with the registration key contains the information that is entered into the registry of your operating system. You can check if the information from the registration file was successfully entered into the registry. To do that, you should:
There can be a number of reasons why entering the information into the registry failed:
Having no [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Easy Outlook Express Repair] key in the registry and no key value that equals to a long code string, Easy Outlook Express Repair will remain in the Demo mode.
You may have used the Compact feature in Outlook Express or some other software trying to recover the file. Using the Compact feature in Outlook Express deletes messages from DBX files. Easy Outlook Express Repair neither modifies nor changes source DBX files. Easy Outlook Express Repair only reads DBX files and extracts messages from them as .eml files. You can try to restore the source DBX file from the latest backup copy. Please back up DBX files before using other software.
